The mission of the Learning Center is to provide academic support for Fenway students and instructional support for the Fenway faculty.

This is accomplished in the following ways:

· The Center serves as an information and resource center to reinforce and diversify classroom instruction.

· The Learning Center staff assists all students with their individual academic needs in all subject areas.

· The staff offers in-school and after-school tutoring to foster Fenway's culture of revision, individual growth and excellence.

· The Center supports both students and teachers in meeting the needs of students with Individual Education Plans within a heterogeneous classroom setting.

Learning Center Hours

The Learning Center is open to students who have been assigned to the Learning Center during the school day.

After school hours are open to all students in need of academic assistance 3:45-5:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Learning Center Rules

Students must come prepared to work on an academic assignment. Students who are not working on their academics may be asked to leave.
